ISC Timeline

Here at ISC, we are constantly working to improve our software and to look forward at what our customers and users will need from us in the future. But it’s important to also look back at our past and see how far we’ve come.

In that spirit, we present the ISC Timeline, which is now available for public view. Of course, no timeline can include everything, but we have attempted to catalog some of the important moments of ISC’s history and the history of DNS/DHCP in general.

We have done our best to represent events and people accurately, and we apologize for any oversights or errors. If you have any moments that you think we should add, or if you have any other feedback for us, please let us know at marketing at isc.org.

Thank you to everyone who has been and/or continues to be part of ISC’s journey! We think our history is pretty impressive and hope you will too.
